This Return Policy applies to interior styling consultations, design deliverables, and any physical items procured through Thythronuaipher on your behalf.

Services and Consultations

Design consultations and digital deliverables (including design boards, drawings, and specifications) are non-refundable once delivered because they are bespoke and time-based.

Physical Items We Source

Where we purchase products for you from third-party suppliers, their return rules apply. We will share supplier terms before purchase. If you request a return, we will assist with the process in line with the supplier's policy and any applicable consumer rights.

Cancellations

• Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancelling within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation may incur a fee to cover reserved time.
• Project stages already completed or in progress may be billed proportionally to work delivered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect items upon delivery. If an item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will coordinate with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund according to their policy and your statutory rights.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless defective, as specified by the supplier's terms and applicable law.

Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to supplier timelines and any applicable fees disclosed prior to purchase.
